Shipping

The delivery time on the Canary Islands is usually 2 days, depending on the shipping method and the availability of our goods. In any case, you will receive a shipping notification including shipment tracking.

For deliveries outside the Canaries, the term is longer. To Germany for example, it can sometimes take several weeks and we point out that there could be aplied additional customs fees for deliveries outside the Canary Islands. Customs fees etc. are always at the expense of the customer / purchaser.

Shipping within the Canaries is by MRW, outside the Canaries with Correos or DHL.

Shipping costs

Deliveries on the Canary Islands up to 100 € order value: 5,00 €.

Deliveries Central Europe: 5,00 €

Deliveries Switzerland: 12,00 €

Other countries,  please ask.

 

Payment Methods

We deliver against payment in advance by bank transfer, credit card, inmediatly transfer by iDEAL
or by cash if you want to pick up your products.
